where and how to sell your timeshare that has points?
I have trendwest resort/ by wyndam. I have a certain amount of points I have to sell to get rid of the debt. I was going to go with buyatimeshare.com unfortunately I have to pay 500 dollar advertising fee to sell my timeshare point through them. I need someone to help me figure this out.
I made a successful sale of my Mystic Dunes timeshare (Orlando) with http://www.sellmytimesharenow.com
Here is the research I did before choosing a company:
I used Google.com and typed in MANY key word BUYER terms (buyer terms like "buy timeshare" "buy worldmark timeshare" or "buy worldmark points") to find the company that actual buyers would most likely find first. I wrote down the company url's and did the following research on the companies I found:
1. I checked the BBB report on the company
2. I made them provide traffic and offer reports
3. I searched online for complaints about the company.
All this took me a couple hours (the final decision took days!)
I also posted on free sites at the same time and recommend you do the same as well.
