I am looking to take my family on vacation this summer, but I only have a minimum wage job and was hoping to find a presentation that offers free hotel stays or discounts. Looking to go to the beach in Alabama or Florida area. Thanks.
I would suggest going to www.vacationpropertyresales.com or www.buyatimeshare.com and see if there are any timeshares listed "for rent" in the areas that interest you. If you inquire about a resort or property you will get a phone call from an advertising agent that will be willing to assit you. Most timeshare units that are listed to sell are most likely also willing to rent out their weeks. In today's economy a lot of timeshare owners cannot afford the time off to take their families on vacations. They can bank that week for use in the future, but they are still responsible for the yearly fees and taxes. If you make an offer to cover those fees, they may be willing to let you use their week. This is a very inexpensive way to get a weeks vacation at a top notch resort. It is a win-win situation for all involved. You and your family get an in-expensive vacation at the destination of your choice. The timeshare owner will get some money for a week they were not able to use. The advertising agent also makes out because his client will be pleased they are getting a return on thier investment. Take a few minutes and visit the sites mentioned above, you may find a resort that fits both your destination needs as well as your budget.
