Timeshare Resorts
I'm from Kerala, I'm planning to setupa resort here. What is the future of timeshare based resorts.?
I'm looking for investors. What will be the best medium to look for investors?
Thanks Amal. The resort is being planned at the foothills of Western Ghats. To one side you can see 6-8 kms stretch of the ghats. To another side its forest. There is a waterfall just 20 mtrs away. I have capital for an economy setup. But tge place has a huge potential for ecco tourism. It's one of the best places for trecking. To the top is one of the hill stations in Kerala called Nelliampathy. That's why I am trying to find investors. I have two more lands which are in popular tourist destination. I'm trying for timeshare resorts to find fund to develop the other to lands much earlier. Of the other two lands one is at a hillstation called Munnar and the other one is at Wynad, with back waters and lot of wildlife.
Future of timeshare resorts have declined due to lack of expertise to maintain the resorts and schemes to attract customers.
Why not start a resort on your own if you have the capital to invest and ability to manage the business. Start with a few rooms, licensed resort if the place you have is of good scenic value.
For investors contact Fund managers through ADs or through Consultants who arranges tie ups.
If it is a high value investment project contact some International bank to service your project
